Shanghai Association of Foreign Economic and Trade Enterprises SAFETE founded in March 1997 is an association with more than 6000 members who are mainly import and export enterprises in shanghai. SAFETE was awarded as “Model Nongovernmental Organization” by Ministry of Civil of P.R.C in 2004.
